We would love for you to be satisfied with our products and offer a lifetime guarantee. Please let us know if you have any questions about care and upkeep with our cookware.

Our products have a 10 day return policy from date of receiving your cookware and are determined on a case by case basis.  

In order for a return to take place, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Email us if you have any questions or  issues that would require a return.
