Love this griddle! We use this for so many things- eggs/bacon, grilled cheese, steak and cheese, etc. It's so handy because it easily sits over 2 burners on our gas range and we are able to cook up a larger quantity at a time. We can also pop it in the oven too- so versatile. Super thankful to have this piece that replaced our plug in griddle. Easy to clean and wipes right down!
The best purchase I’ve made for the kitchen. It stays out on the range and gets used multiple times a day. Super easy to clean and re-season as needed. Love the smooth finish as opposed to the bumpy texture of newer cast iron skillets.
