Carbon has been a favorite piece of cookware for centuries. It offers a unique blend of benefits, including high heat tolerance, even heat distribution, and the ability to develop a natural non-stick surface through seasoning. It's a good alternative to cast iron, being lighter and easier to maneuver. And like cast iron carbon steel will last a lifetime and will be a favorite to pass down to the next generation.
Carbon steel is a non-toxic material, making it a safe choice for home cooks. Carbon steel can be used for a wide range of cooking tasks, from frying eggs to grilling steaks. It can be used on just about any cooking surface, inside and outside.

We love our skillet! As a nontoxic home we have many cast iron pans but since adding this skillet we have began picking this skillet over cast iron because its lighter to work with. Our kids can handle this better too since its lighter than cast iron ❤️❤️❤️
The quality and craftsmanship of the skillets and roasters are unmatched. We use them just about every week, and they continue to cook evenly, stay seasoned, and are so much lighter than my old cast iron skillets. The ladles are perfect for pancakes. Our next purchase will be the griddle!
This piece is a workhorse in our kitchen. It often gets used 2-3x/day, and literally never leaves our cooktop. We have 3 pieces and love every one of them. We highly recommend!
